2. What is your capacity?
- Do you have enough staff to take on the work?
- Do you have enough space to do the work?
- Do you have as much space as a contract requires?
- Do you need any additional licenses and/or insurance to provide your products or services?
3. Do you have the administrative resources?
- Do you have the financial systems you will need to provide reports?
- Do you have the appropriate time and staff to fulfill a contract?
- Can you tailor your company’s operations to government or corporate requirements?
- Can you deliver the manuals, written policies and other materials you will be asked to submit?
4. What is your cash flow?

The biggest thing to remember is that certification is about burden of proof to demonstrate that everything you say about your company is verifiable. The documentation you gather will serve as a response to verify each checklist item. Your binder should always be up-to-date and ready to share with certifying entities or interested buyers.
